In the event of a dispute relating to this agreement, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution.

In case of failure, they will submit their dispute to the dedicated French courts under the same jurisdiction as the head office of RÉSEAU 137, including in the event of an emergency procedure (in particular proceedings for interim measures), plurality of defendants, recourse in warranty or order to pay, unless otherwise provided by government policies.
