5. Retention period of your personal data
The retention period of your personal data may vary depending on its purpose. The retention period of your personal data will be four years after the end of the commercial agreement with RÉSEAU 137 (or the last contact on your part if you are a prospector). At the end of this four-year period, RÉSEAU 137 may contact you again to find out if you wish to continue receiving commercial offers. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from you, personal data will be deleted or archived in accordance with the provisions in force.
The data of the candidate who is not recruited are kept for two years from the last contact, unless the latter requests the destruction of their file or when authorization to store their data for a longer period is granted to RÉSEAU 137 by the person in question.
Please note that RÉSEAU 137 may store personal data when required by law or when RÉSEAU 137 has a legitimate reason to do so. This is for example the case if RÉSEAU 137 believes that you have committed a fraud or violated the Terms and Conditions of the Sales and Services.
