Founded by Raymond Soubie in 2010, the Alixio Group works alongside decision-makers from major French corporations and multinationals, providing support for strategic transformation projects focused on HR, social, management and organisational issues.
With 600 consultants spread around 90 locations in France, Alixio has supported over 500 clients from a range of sectors since its establishment, in France and in over 15 countries, providing from management support up to field implementation alongside managers and employees.
Our tailor-made integrated and co-designed support is based on a unique combination of talents. They are all experienced and come from private companies, the public sector and institutions alike, and have learned to swiftly decipher the labour market, trade union work and government bodies, and how to anticipate social legislation.
Our multidisciplinary team is uniquely made up of a diversity of senior consultants, high-level specialists in social strategy, and experts in supporting change and mediating managerial and social crisis.
